2. Description of Service

Beep is an SMS-based social media platform that allows users to:

• Share photos via text message to (929) 430-BEEP
• Follow friends and receive their photos via SMS
• Manage subscriptions through text commands
• Discover new friends through mutual connections

3. User Accounts

To use Beep, you must:

• Provide a valid phone number
• Choose a unique username
• Be at least 13 years old
• Verify your phone number via SMS

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content
• Harass, bully, or spam other users
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
• Use the service for commercial purposes without permission
• Share copyrighted content without authorization

5. Content and Privacy

When you share photos on Beep:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You give us permission to store and distribute your photos to your followers
• Your photos are only shared with users who follow you
• We may moderate content for safety and compliance
• You can delete your content at any time

6. SMS Terms

By using Beep, you consent to receive SMS messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out by texting "STOP" to (929) 430-BEEP at any time.

7. Service Availability

Beep is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We're not liable for service interruptions.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Limitation of Liability

Beep and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, privacy breaches, or service interruptions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of Beep after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Delaware law without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in Delaware state or federal courts.
